At Chapel House we view ourselves as pioneering
the new way of choosing and buying your next car
and our aim is to supply quality used cars to
the public at vastly reduced prices by removing
the usual extensive costs which afflict your average
car showroom or car supermarket.
Our belief that this is possible arises from our
combined experience of over thirty years in the
car retail sector, many of those in management
positions, and now our full time operation will
enjoy the benefits of that extensive knowledge.
So
where are those savings to be made?
The answer is simple and probably obvious to many,
no rent or rates on prominent highly priced land,
no salesman's commission, no top heavy management
structures to support, no chattering admin' departments,
no permanent car washers preparing cars for daily
viewing, no high interest loans to stock the site
and no faceless shareholders to satisfy.
All of these facilities and more carry a cost
which ultimately is paid for by the customers
and yet there is no direct benefit to that customer
through the quality of his car.

What
about the high quality preparation of vehicles from
such outlets (pdi)?
I can only comment on personal experience gleaned
at outlets at which I have been involved but often
the general public would be shocked to see how superficial
such tests are, often carried out by non mechanically
trained "yard men" who check the tyres
are legal, the brakes don't grind and the dipstick
has oil showing.
So
what are we offering?
We at Chapel House source our cars directly from
the uk's largest fleets including lease and finance
companies and occasionally from high quality part
exchanges from dealerships, this means our stock
is sourced in a very similar way to those dealers
who we are able to undercut, in a nut shell we
don't compromise quality we just reduce prices,
we also endeavour to describe all our vehicles
accurately supported by extensive photographs
so we will tell you if there is anything you should
be aware of good or bad.#
